SLP | Founder | CEO
Jaimie is a speech-language pathologist and certified brain injury specialist with expertise in AAC, brain injury rehabilitation, feeding therapy, and gestalt language processing. She founded Avec with a vision to provide neurodiversity-affirming, family-centered care. Today, Jaimie leads the practice as CEO, supporting clients and families while guiding the team toward excellence and growth.

Director of Administration
Taylor oversees the administrative side of Avec, including HR, client onboarding, and vendor management. With a background in organizational leadership, he ensures day-to-day operations run smoothly so the team can focus on client care. Taylor’s detail-oriented approach and commitment to systems make him an anchor for our growing practice.

Meghan brings compassion and creativity to her work with pediatric clients at Avec Therapy. She specializes in play-based therapy and building strong connections with children and families in the Tampa area.
