Jaimie gant
Founder | CEO | SLP
Jaimie is a speech-language pathologist and certified brain injury specialist with expertise in AAC, brain injury rehabilitation, feeding therapy, and gestalt language processing. She founded Avec with a vision to provide neurodiversity-affirming, family-centered care. Today, Jaimie leads the practice as CEO, supporting clients and families while guiding the team toward excellence and growth.
SKylar
SLPA
Skylar is passionate and caring in everything she does, especially when creating positive, engaging therapy experiences that honor each child’s unique communication style. She brings years of experience supporting autistic children as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Currently completing her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, she will soon transition into her role as a clinical fellow (CF-SLP), continuing her commitment to neurodiversity-affirming care and meaningful connection.

Director of Administration
Taylor oversees the administrative side of Avec, including HR, client onboarding, and vendor management. With a background in organizational leadership, he ensures day-to-day operations run smoothly so the team can focus on client care. Taylor’s detail-oriented approach and commitment to systems make him an anchor for our growing practice.

Meghan brings compassion and creativity to her work with pediatric clients at Avec Therapy. She specializes in play-based therapy and building strong connections with children and families in the Tampa area. Meghan is excited to be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and neurodiversity-affirming care.
